Roger Don Rose

Roger Don Rose, passed away peacefully on August 29, 2025 at Maury
Regional Hospital in Columbia, TN. He was born June 28, 1945 and was
80 years old.

Don was a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church and
loved going to church. He also enjoyed Braves baseball, all Vanderbilt
sports, any basketball games, as well as watching the old reruns all day.
Don also loved to cut grass and took great pride in how it looked when
he was finished. He was raised in the Campbellsville Community on a
dairy farm, graduated in 1964 from Campbellsville High School and kept
in touch with all his classmates that he loved dearly. Don proudly
served his country for a short time in the U.S Navy before his health got
in the way and received an honorable discharge. He loved his family
especially his nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Don is preceded in death by his parents Bedford Forrest Rose and Pearl
Thurman Rose; brother-in-law Harold Pete Watson.

Visitation will be held from 10am-1pm on Monday September 1, 2025
at Carr and Erwin Funeral Home with Funeral Services following at 1pm.

Interment will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.

Don is survived by his brothers Calvin and Janet Rose, Stanley and
Vivian Rose; sister Linda Rose Watson; and numerous nieces, nephews,
great nieces, great nephews, other relatives, and friends.
