Mrs. Louvenia Pickett, age 89, passed away on Thursday, October 16, in Moulton, AL. She is preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Louis Pickett. She was a beloved resident of Pulaski, TN. She worked faithfully as a seamstress at Sunshine Cleaners, was known for her beautiful voice as a quartet songstress, and served devotedly as a longtime church Mother at Greater Faith Christian Church.
Public viewing will be Saturday from noon to 4:00 pm at Reynolds Funeral Home at 103 13th. Avenue North West, Decatur, AL.
Funeral service will be held on Monday, October 27, at 12:00 Noon at Union Grove P.B. Church located at 522 13th. Avenue, Decatur, AL. and burial will follow at Calvary Memorial Gardens.
Greater Faith Christian Church of Pulaski will be in charge of the funeral service, and the Eulogy will be delivered by Pastor Charles McElroy, Sr.
Reynolds Funeral Home, Decatur, AL in charge of final arrangements for Louvenia Pickett.
