Jack Williamson of Minor Hill, TN passed away surrounded by family on August 3rd, 2025 at Maury Regional Hospital. He was 78 years old.
Jack was born in Athens, Georgia and moved to the southern Tennessee north Alabama area in the late 80’s. Jack worked and retired from the poultry industry after 30+ years. Jack never met a stranger and was loved by everyone who met him. He adored his wife, children, and grandchildren who filled his life with purpose.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, August 9th, 2025 from 11:00am to 1:00pm at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory.
Jack leaves behind his wife of 35 years, Pam Williamson and four children: Nia Wages of Winder, Georgia, Kevin (Denise) Williamson of Dewy Rose, Georgia, Heather (Brion) Geipel of Jefferson, GA, Jennifer (James) Thompson of Minor Hill, Tennessee, and seven grandchildren: Haley, Devin, Eli, Ian, Ashlyn, Haylee, and Reese, along with four great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his father, Johnny “Jon Jon” Williamson, his mother Anita (Shields) Williamson, and his sister Frances “Skip” Broun.
Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory are in charge of arrangements for Jack Williamson.
