David Franklin Hargrove

David Franklin Hargrove, age 87 of Pulaski, passed away Tuesday October 7, 2025 at NHC Pulaski.

David was born in Prospect, TN on December 9, 1937 to Marion Calvin Hargrove and Mary Lou Southerland Hargrove. He was a truck driver for Pulaski Street Department and a member of Pleasant Hill Methodist Church. David had a passion for working on tractors, lawnmowers, hunting, fishing, and proudly watching his grandson play ball.

David is preceded in death by his parents Calvin and Mary Lou Hargrove; sisters Rachel Holder, Sarah George, Paulette Boldin; brothers Calvin Hargrove, Jr., James Benford Hargrove, Wayne Southerland Hargrove, Bobby Joe Hargrove.

Visitation will be held from 5-8pm on Friday October 10, 2025 at Carr and Erwin Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be held at 1pm on Saturday October 11, 2025 at Carr and Erwin Funeral Home.

Interment to follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.

David is survived by his wife Carolyn Hargrove of Pulaski; daughter Wendy Hargrove Haney (Daniel) of Pulaski; grandson Hagan Holland Haney; brother Jimmy Hargrove (Shirley) of Pulaski; sisters Angeline Strange of Madison, Katherine Robison of Pulaski, Wanda Hamley of Tony, AL; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
