Beverly Jean Garner

Beverly Jean Garner of Pulaski, TN passed away on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at NHC Scott in Lawrenceburg, TN surrounded by her loved ones. Beverly was born in Nashville, TN on February 28, 1953 and was 73 years old. Beverly was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister.  She had a deep love for nature and could often be found tending to her garden and planting flowers.  Camping trips and time spent outside were some of her favorite ways to relax.  

A visitation will be held on Monday, March 9, 2026, form 4:00pm to 7:00pm at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory.

The funeral service will take place on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 12:00pm in the chapel of Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory. 

The burial will be at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Goodspring, TN.

Beverly was preceded in death by her husband, James “JC” Garner, parents, Evans and Jewel Pitts, Son, Stephen Russ, brother, Jamie Burchell, and sister, Kathy Adams.

She is survived by,

Sons, Carl (Lourinda) Garner of Pleasant Ridge, TN
Jeff Russ of Lawrenceburg, TN
 Anthony Duncan of Lawrenceburg, TN
13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren 
Sisters, Anita (Pat) Noblitt of Goodspring, TN
Vanessa McMullins of Pulaski, TN
Mickayla Mize of Pulaski, TN
Many nieces and nephews also survive.
