    Bettye Cardin Ingram of Pulaski, TN passed away on Thursday, April 2nd, 2026 at STRHS-Pulaski.  She was born in Pulaski, TN on April 3, 1932 and was 93 years old.

    Bettye was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years. Murray Ingram, parents, P.D. and Flossie McCormack Cardin, sister, Oakerlene Corpier, brother-in-law, Harry Corpier, sister-in-law, Joie Burgess, brother-in-law, Tom Burgess, brother-in-law, Bill Mitchell, brother-in-law, John Winkowski, and brother-in-law, Billy Miles.

    She is survived by her sister-in-law, Faye Mitchell Miles, nieces and nephews, Debbie Corpier (Gene) Benson, Claudia (Stanley) Davis, Gary (Janice) Burgess, and Rhonda Woodward, Patricia Winkowski Marshall, and Teresa (Raymond) Flatt.

    She had numerous great nieces and great nephews, and great-grand nieces and great-grand nephews also, all of whom she dearly loved.

    Bettye worked for Sears for 13 years, followed by 30 years at Suntrust Bank, where she retired. She was a past member of the Order of Eastern Star where she served as Worthy Matron and Secretary. She was also a member of the Pulaski Business and Professional Women’s Club having served as Chairman of the Christmas parade for many parades, and as President of the club. She had many talents, such as needlework, crocheting and needlepoint were among several of them. She shared these talents with family and others through the sentimental fruits of her labor in meaningful gifts. Bettye was a devoted member of the First United Methodist Church of Pulaski, where she attended most of her life.

    Bettye left a legacy of love, dedication, and commitment to her family showing steadfast love and support at every stage of life with a smile on her face. She was someone you could count on during the good times and the hard times with a kind and generous heart to never be forgotten.

    Visitation will be held on Friday, April 10, 2026, from 12:00pm until 1:00pm at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory.

    The memorial service will follow on Friday, April 10, 2026 at 1:00pm in the chapel of Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home & Crematory.

    Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of the arrangements, with Brother Tony Boyles officiating, for Bettye Cardin Ingram.
