Wanda Kay Abernathy McIntosh

Wanda Kay Abernathy McIntosh of Pulaski, TN passed away on November 1, 2026, at her
residence surrounded by her family. She was born in Pulaski, TN on February 25, 1945, and was 81 years old. Kay was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She cherished the moments she shared with her family. She enjoyed coloring in adult coloring books, sewing, gardening, and cooking. Kay was a skee-ball enthusiast.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5, 2026, from 12:00pm to 1:00pm at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory.

The funeral service will follow at 1:00pm on Thursday, November 5, 2026, in the chapel of
Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory.

The burial will take place in Maplewood Cemetery.

Kay was preceded in death by, her parents, Wilson and Rena Kimbrough Abernathy, and
brothers, Dean, Wendall, and Bob Abernathy.

She is survived by,

Daughters, Vickie Yocum of Huntsville, AL
Charlotte (Mario) Graxirena of Huntsville, AL
Cindy Scott of Meridianville, AL
Step-sons Jarred (Katie) McIntosh of Pulaski, TN
Jason (Brianna) McIntosh of HI
Sister, Faye Reed of Pulaski, TN
Several grandchildren and great grandchildren also survive.
