    Richard Earl Felker of Pulaski, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, March 29, 2026, at NHC-
    Pulaski. Richard was born in Minor Hill, Tennessee, on September 23, 1938, and was 87 years
    old. Richard was a 1956 graduate of Minor Hill High School and a veteran of the United States Army.
    He worked in the corrugated packaging industry for many years and was a founder of Valley
    Packaging Corp. in Pulaski, Tennessee in 1984. He worked as the Customer Service Manager
    until his semi-retirement in 2000 and continued working part time until his forced retirement in
    2018. In his spare time, he loved to travel with family and friends on cruises, trips to the
    mountains and beach. He was a faithful member of Wheelerton Baptist Church. His favorite
    past time was spending time with his family, particularly his two grandsons.

    A visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Bennett-
    May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory.

    A visitation will also be from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 2, 2026, with the
    funeral service following at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and
    Crematory. Brother Paul Mason and Brother Tom Suiter will be officiating.

    The burial will take place in Minor Hill Cemetery with full military honors.

    Richard was preceded in death by his father, Elijah Felker, mother, Gertrude Jackson Black,
    father-in-law, James McRee, and mother-in-law, Rena Mae McRee.

    He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Evelyn McRee Felker of Pulaski, Tennessee, daughters,
    Sylvia Harrison of Pulaski, Tennessee, Kimberly Harwell of Athens, Alabama, grandchildren, Jay
    Harrison and Eli Harwell, and sister, Faye (Larry) Carter of Elkmont, AL. Sisters-in-law, Linda
    Oliver, Sandra McRee, and Sandy Black. Special nieces, nephews, cousins and friends also
    survive.

    Pall bearers include Jay Harrison, Eli Harwell, Mark Harrison, Scott Gibson, Mike Jackson, and
    Andy McComiskey. Honorary pall bearers are the Wheelerton Baptist Church deacons.
    In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Heidi Faith’s High Five Memorial Foundation, 300
    Bennett Drive, Pulaski, TN 38478, or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 Saint Jude PL,
    Memphis, TN 38105.

    Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of the arrangements for
