Reginald Joseph Picard

Reginald Joseph Picard of Pulaski, Tennessee, passed away on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at NHC Pulaski surrounded by his loved ones. He was born in Canada on June 27, 1939, and was 86 years old. Reggie was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was a Canadian Royal Paratrooper for three years. He migrated to New Britain, Connecticut where he started employment at Fafnir bearing. He transferred to Pulaski, Tennessee about 30 years ago. Reggie was an avid New York Yankees Fan for years.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, April 26, 2026, from 2:00 to 5:00 at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory.

The visitation with the family will continue on Monday, April 27, 2026, from 9:00 to 11:00 at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory.
A funeral mass will be 12:30pm Monday, April 27, 2026, at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Pulaski.

Reginald was preceded in death by his parents, Eddie and Alvine Picard.

Son, Daniel Picard of Auroa, CO.
Daughter, Charlene Picard of Meridan, CT.
Son, Gerald Picard of Meridan, CT.
Son, Richard Picard of West Minister, CO
Step-son, Bobbie (Elizabeth) Hatfield of Pulaski, TN
Step-son, Jeff (Martene) Hatfield of Pulaski, TN
Step-son, Richard (Ashley) Hatfield of Greenbrier, TN
Step-daughter, Renee (Tommy) McGinnis of Bowling Green, KY.
Grandchildren, Jessica Picard and Kamden Armstrong.
Several step-grandchildren also survive.
