PULASKI, TN– Southern Tennessee Regional Health System is pleased to announce that Jennifer Rikard, MSN, FNP-C, will be joining Southern Tennessee Neurology beginning October 20, 2025.
Formerly known as Advanced Neurology Associates, the practice is changing its name to Southern Tennessee Neurology as part of its continued alignment with Southern Tennessee Regional Health System. In addition, the Pulaski office will relocate to 1255 E. College Street, Suite 500, effective October 20, 2025.
Dr. Norman McNulty will continue to provide care at the new Pulaski location alongside Jennifer Rikard, FNP-C. Together, they will offer comprehensive neurological services for adult and geriatric patients throughout the region. Jennifer brings a wealth of experience and compassion to her new role, where she will care for adult and geriatric patients facing a wide range of neurological conditions. Her areas of expertise include epilepsy and seizures, movement disorders, stroke, nerve pain, migraine management, cerebrovascular disorders, and memory loss. Jennifer earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama At Huntsville and is passionate about helping patients improve their quality of life through personalized neurological care. She will be seeing patients at 1255 E. College Street, Suite 500, Pulaski, TN 38478, and is currently accepting new patients.
Outside of her professional life, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband of 11 years and their three children. Jennifer also enjoys running in local 5Ks, reading historical fiction novels, enjoying the outdoors, spending time with her family and being an active member in her church community. “We are thrilled to welcome Jennifer to our neurology team,” said Amber Evans, Market Director of Medical Group Services. “Her dedication to patient-centered care and her strong clinical background make her an excellent addition to our growing team.”
