PULASKI, Tenn. — The Giles County Election Commission will hold a meeting on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 3 p.m. to address several items related to the upcoming election cycle.
According to the agenda, the meeting will begin with a public comment period, followed by approval of the minutes from the commission’s March 3 meeting.
The agenda includes the withdrawal of the wheel tax referendum from the May 5, 2026 ballot. The board will also review and vote on approval of the ballot for the upcoming election.
Another item on the agenda includes discussion of whether there will be no early voting for the May 5 Democrat Primary.
The meeting will also include time for old business and new business before the commission adjourns.
