GILES COUNTY, Tenn. - Families in Giles County with children in Pre-K through 4th grade now have access to a valuable new learning tool at no cost.
The Giles County Board of Education has partnered with ParentPowered, a research-based text messaging program that delivers three short, engaging messages each week with tips to help children learn and grow.
Messages are tailored to each child’s age and designed to fit into everyday routines, turning ordinary moments like preparing dinner or walking to the bus stop into learning opportunities.
Flyers with more information, available in both English and Spanish, are available online. Educators say the program bridges the gap between the classroom and home, making it easier for parents to actively support their child’s education.
