Giles County, TN. - Giles County Schools are embracing the transformative power of art, dance, and music education—not just in May during the national Arts in Our Schools Month, but all year long. Across the district, students are given the opportunity to explore and express their creativity through vibrant visual art displays, inspiring music, and dynamic dance performances.
The heart of this effort lies in the passion and dedication of the district's arts educators. These teachers work tirelessly to unlock each student’s unique creative potential and instill a lifelong appreciation for the arts.
This commitment will be on full display during the 3rd Annual Giles County Arts Showcase, happening Sunday, May 12 at Giles County High School. Doors open at 5:00 PM for the Art Showcase, followed by the Music & Dance Showcase at 6:00 PM.
This free community event is a celebration of student talent, creativity, and the vital role the arts play in education. Come support the young artists of Giles County and experience the incredible work they’ve created!
