On Thursday, December 11, 2025 officers with the Pulaski Police Department executed a search warrant at 1806 Kay Drive in Pulaski, the residence of Michael Dewayne Holley. Holley was transported to the Giles County Jail and charged with Aggravated Statutory Rape. He remains in the Giles County Jail under a $250,000 bond. Holley is scheduled to appear in court on December 23rd 2025.
The investigation was led by Detective Sergeant Jordon Ramsey and Inv. Keith Crabtree. This investigation is still ongoing and more charges may be forthcoming.
