Pulaski, Tenn. – The Giles County Animal Shelter has taken in 132 dogs from a single property, thanks to help from the BISSELL Pet Foundation and Greater Birmingham Humane Society.
The animals received vaccinations, health exams, and care before moving on to rescue partners including Critter Cavalry Rescue, Nashville Humane Association, and BISSELL’s partners across Tennessee, Alabama, and Virginia.
The shelter says it remains full and is asking for community support through adoptions, donations, and volunteers. Available pets can be viewed on the shelter’s Petfinder page, with applications for fostering or volunteering also available online.
