County Executive Graham Stowe and UT Southern Chancellor Mekinda A. Arnold announce
a memorandum of understanding has been signed between the University of Tennessee
Southern and the Giles County Agri-Park.
The memorandum is a shared committment between the two entities expanding educational
opportunites, stregenthing agriculture, supporting workforce development, and investing in
the future of Middle Tennessee.
This new partnership brings together the resources of both entities to create new opportunities for
learning, collaboration, community engagement, regional growth, and innovation.
The partnership represents what's possible when higher education and local government works
together to serve their community.
