Investigators with the Giles County Sheriff’s Office, the Pulaski Police Department, and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation executed a search warrant at a residence in the 1000 block of Fall River Road.
During the search, investigators seized approximately 84 grams (three ounces) of fentanyl along with approximately 20 grams of marijuana, two firearms, unlawful drug paraphernalia, more than $8,000 in cash, and a vehicle.
As a result of the investigation Kendrick Young Jr. was booked into the Giles County Jail and charged with:
Possession of Fentanyl with Intent to Sell, Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Sell,
Two counts of Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Two counts of Possession of a Firearm During the Commission
of a Dangerous Felony, One count of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, and One count of Simple Possession.
Allison Griggs was also booked into the Giles County Jail and charged with:
Two counts of Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Dangerous Felony, Possession of Fentanyl
with Intent to Sell, Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Sell, and Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.
As with all criminal cases, the individuals named above are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
