It is National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week this week through April 18th.
This week, the Tennessee Highway Patrol proudly recognizes the dedicated men and women behind the headset, the dispatchers.
They're the calm voice in moments of chaos, the critical link between those in need and those who respond, and the unseen heroes who help keep Tennessee safe every single day.
From dispatching troopers to coordinating emergency responses, their professionalism, focus, and compassion make a life-saving difference.
The THP and local communities salute all local & THP dispatchers.
