TCAT Pulaski’s new Automotive Technology instructor has received some
impressive donations for student training purposes just in the last four months.
Edward Pardon, who has over 30 years of automotive experience, hit the ground running,
collecting impressive training equipment after being hired to lead the new Automotive
Technology program as part of TCAT’s new expansion.
To date, Pardon has gathered five donated vehicles and six engines, all generously
donated by large corporations and a local repair shop.
Pardon mentioned his program intentionally covers the computer-operated part of vehicles,
which is now the norm.
The Automotive Technology program began with only two part-time students and has grown
to have a waitlist for fall.
