Join Southern Tennessee Regional Health System Pulaski for their Women’s Health Expo Tuesday, May 19th from 8:00 until 10:00am at the Pulaski Recreation Center (333 E. College St.).
This free community event is designed to empower women with the information, resources, and support they need to prioritize their health at every stage of life.
Attendees will have the opportunity to explore a wide range of women’s health topics, including breast and cervical cancer, mammograms and bone density, nutrition and physical activity, foot and ankle health, nicotine cessation, sleep disorders, hormones and weight loss, primary care, mental health, pelvic floor therapy, and women’s safety.
Free lab work will be available during the event (fasting is recommended for best results), along with opportunities to connect with local healthcare providers and ask questions in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
Plus special presentations from healthcare experts, and giveaways throughout the event.
