With school now back in session, and children in and around school centers and bus stops, the Giles
County Sheriff's Office reminds everyone....
As drivers, it’s important to know that children’s eyesight is still developing, and that they are more likely
to act impulsively. If you see a child walking near the road or in a parking lot, don’t assume they can see
you right away.
Pay attention to your surroundings and always be ready to brake for someone’s safety, especially children.
