Items on the agenda for action include...Review and Approval of Minutes of the March 24th, 2026 Meeting,
Electric and Energize Financial Reports for the Month of March 2026, Review and Approve Policy 5.51
Disbursements of Funds, Review and Approve Policy 5.40 Maintenance of Traffic Lights and Athletic Lights, 
Review and Approve Policy 7.9.100 Employee Response during Emergency Events, and 
Review and Approve Purchase of WA Substation Regulator.

Other Items include...a Report from the CEO, an Update on any Public Records Requests, 
Additional Financial Information, Electric  & Energize Graphs, Disbursements, Key Financial
