The recipients are Woman of the Year Evette Randolph employee of the Giles County Clerks Office as Deputy Clerk for 35 years. The man of the year is Titus Gilbert employee at Giles County Sheriff Department and Supervisor of Schools Resource Officers here in Giles County.
