After a busy weekend, the Giles County Fire & Rescue Squad would like to issue this....
Brush Fire Warning !!
Giles County Fire & Rescue Squad members spent a combined total of over 6 hours fighting major grass/sagebrush/hayfield fires over the weekend across the county.
This Reminder....please watch your burn piles, dozer piles and other burn areas. Even piles that have been out for a day may have embers still burning underneath and can be spread by the wind. These dry conditions are dangerous for any kind of open burning.
