Giles County Scholl System Flu Shots

The Giles County Health Department and the Giles County School System have partnered to provide the Flu Vaccine at your child's school center.
This service is being provided to students and scholl staff to decrease the seasonal impact of the flu. 

If you child is covered by insurance, including TennCare and private insurance, the Giles County Health Department will file a claim directly with the insurer for reimbursement. If you child is uninsured, there is a cost of up to $20. If you'd like to be considered for a reduced fee, contact the Giles County Health Department @ 363-5506 for more information.

A vaccination review sheet is being sent home with every student, and if you need further information contact the Giles County Health Department @ 363-5506.

October 13th...South Side Elemetary, Giles County High School
October 14th...Minor Hill School, The Board Of Education
October 15th...Pulaski Elementary School
October 16th...Elkton School
