Building & Property Meeting(s) will be held @ the Annex Basement Boardroom
beginning @ 9am on Tuesday, July 14th, 2026

On the Agenda for the meetings...Preliminaries, Approval of Minutes, and Announcements

For the School Committee....Budget Amendments

For the Building & Property Committee...the Ardmore Property, an Exit 14 Update, 
a Landfill update from the city, Courthouse security, and the Exit 14 Wastewater Lease to property.

For the Budget Committee...Rollover Amendments, and Contracts and Grants.

The for all committees, any unfinshed business or new business, and public comments.

The Chair(s) will ensure time for public comment prior to voting on each item of business. Members
of public are limited to 5 minutes duration per agenda item.
