GCSD Makes An Sexual Abuse Case Arrest

A recent investigation by the Giles County Sheriff's Office has resulted in the arrest of Jason Bevels.

June 4th, 2026, deputies took to a report involving allegations of child sexual abuse. The case was immediately assigned to investigators, and as a result of their investigation, Jason Bevels was arrested on the afternoon of June 5th, 2026, and charged with two counts of Aggravated Rape of a Child.
