The public is invited as the Tennessee Society Daughters of the American Revolution presents Ken Burns “The American Revolution” DVD set and companion volume, “The American Revolution: An Intimate History,” to the Giles County Public Library collection Wednesday, July 1st, at 2:00 PM.
This gift is part of the Tennessee America 250 Grant from the Tennessee Commission for the United States Semiquincentennial, which supports a landmark statewide educational initiative to provide every main library with this set. Light refreshments will be served.
