PULASKI, Tenn. — Construction is underway on a new Waffle House restaurant being built on West College Street, near the WKSR studios in Pulaski.
Economic Development Coordinator Phil Reese provided an update on the project during a Pulaski Board of Mayor and Aldermen work session held Monday night. Reese told city officials construction is expected to take approximately 120 days to complete.
Once finished, officials say the new Waffle House location will have seating for 36 customers.
City leaders say the project represents continued commercial growth along the West College Street corridor.
