Philip Dale Meadows passed away peacefully at his home in Prospect, TN surrounded by family, on August 5th 2022. He was born on June 20 1952, in Athens, Alabama and was 70 years old.

Philip enjoyed being outdoors and going fishing. He also enjoyed playing guitar and was a lifelong Elvis Presley fan. 

Philip was preceded in death by his father,  Alvin M. Meadows and Mother, Pauline Hill.

Survivors include his daughter, Alicia C. Meadows of Pulaski, Tn. 

His brother, Kerry (Renee) Meadows of Prospect, TN. 

Two nephews, Josh (Ashley) Meadows of Flintville, TN. Jared (Kristen) Meadows of Minor Hill, TN

Three great nephews and three great nieces also survive. 

A celebration of life will be held on August 27th at 4pm at Bunker Hill Church of God.
