The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department is searching for a wanted sex offender.

Authorities are searching for Billy Ray Moshier for violation of the sex offender registry. Moshier is described as 5’9 and weighs 160 pounds. He has brown hair, or is balding, and blue eyes.
