Billy Roy Nix, age 74 of Lawrenceburg, TN, passed away on Sunday, July 25, 2021. He was of the Baptist Faith. He was a retired truck driver and a member of the VFW who also proudly served his country in the United States Army. In his spare time he loved tending to his animals on the farm.

He is preceded in death by his Parents, Thomas Roy Nix and Tharon Opal Daniels; Brothers, Bud Nix, Jimmy Ray Nix Sr.; Sisters, Bonnie Davis, Linda Martin; Great Niece, Chloe Lynn Nix.

He is survived by his Wife, Virgie Nix; Sons, Kevin Roy Nix, Roy Jr. Caperton, Danny Caperton, Devin Bryant; Daughters, Barbara Lee Nix, Holly Daniels; 15 Grandchildren; 3 Great Grandchildren; Several nieces and nephews; Special Friend, Violet Hindman.

Visitation will be held at the Pettus-Turnbo Funeral Chapel on Tuesday, July 27, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

The Funeral Service will be held at the Pettus-Turnbo Funeral Chapel on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. with Brother Brant Sanders officiating.

Interment will be at Second Creek Cemetery.
