William “Bill” Garner Foster of Pulaski died Friday, January 5th, 2024 at his home in Giles County. Bill was born in Springfield, graduated from Springfield High School and earned his degree from Austin Peay University, He worked at WKSR as an afternoon disc jockey and station sales manager. He was a member of the Exchange Club, and worked at Union Bank, and Tennessee packaging. He was a member of First Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Jane, and three children, Jana Beth Clifton and husband, Brian of Pulaski, Jay William Foster and wife, Amanda of Knoxville and John Garner Foster and wife, April of Texas, 4 grandchildren, and 6 step-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Tuesday, January 9th, 2024 from 3:30pm to 5:30pm at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory.

Memorial services will be at 5:30pm Tuesday, January 9th, 2024, in chapel of Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory.
