Jonathan Fitzgerald Jenkins died Friday, January 27th, 2023. He was born in Pulaski, He graduated from Giles County High School. After graduation, he attended Motlow State Community College, and later graduated from Austin Peay State University. He coached at Bacone College in Oklahoma, attended Martin Methodist College obtaining a degree in Education. He taught special education at Lyles Middle School, Garland, Texas.

Visitation will be 11:00am to 12:00pm Saturday, February 11th at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home.

Services will follow at 12 o’clock noon in the chapel of BennettMay & Pierce Funeral Home.

Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery in Pulaski.

Survivors include his son Jalen Jenkins, of Texas, mother LaVerne and husband Jerry Nolen, Pulaski, father William Larry and wife Anne Marks Lakenheath of England, sisters Kim Byrd of Pulaski, Sheryl Marks of Germany step-sisters, Tammy and husband Donald Perry, and Patricia Nolen, step-brothers Timothy Nolen, and Jerry Nolen, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
