James “Jamie” Phelps of Pulaski died Monday at his residence. He was born in Pulaski, and was 51 years old.


He was employed at SNA Recycling, and was a devoted Christian of the Baptist Faith.


Visitation will be tomorrow (Wednesday) from 11:00am until 1:00pm at Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home.


Services will follow at 1:00pm with Bro. Richard Long officiating.


Burial will take place in the Phelps Cemetery, Wales Community.


Memorial donations are suggested to go to the family.


He is survived by his, Wife, Kaye Phelps of Pulaski, Sons, Daniel of Nashville, James Jr. “Jaye” of Pulaski, Daughter, Kara of Pulaski, 1 Grandson, Parents, Mark and Jean Smith Phelps of Pulaski, Sisters, Melissa and husband Larry Holman, and Rhonda and husband Eddie Miller both of Pulaski, Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends also survive.


Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements for James “Jamie” Phelps.
