Dwaine Clark, 69 of Elkmont died Saturday at Huntsville Hospital. He is survived by his mother Freda Pullman, of Elkmont, a son Herby Clark and wife Taturm, of Mount Juliet, a daughter Daco Clifton and husband Josh of Lawrenceburg, a brother Dennis Clark and wife Monica of Athens.

Several nieces and nephews also survive including Cal Clark of Pulaski, along with 6 grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home from 5:00-8:00pm.

The funeral service will be Wednesday at 11:00am at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, burial will follow in Germantown Cemetery in Athens.
