Debra Diane Juariz, age 66, died on Tuesday.

She was born in Albertville, AL and is survived by her two sons, Michael and Joseph McCollum of Pulaski, her daughter, Lisa Seals and husband Jackson of Goodspring, her brother Bobby Allen of Alabama, her sister, Mary Jo Pankey of Alabama, and her 6 grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home.  The family request Memorial Contributions to help with Final Expenses.
