James Leo (Woody) Westmoreland of Giles County died on Saturday in Nashville.

Visitation will be held on Saturday beginning at 11:00am until time for the service at 12:00noon at the Temple Of Praise church. Burial will follow in the Phoenix Chapel Cemetery at Prospect.

Survivors include his wife Rossie Westmoreland, four daughters, Veronica Wright, Theresa Stone, Cynthia Potter, and Cassandra Horton. One son James Westmoreland Jr., a sister Mamie Wilson, two brothers Thomas and Elwood Westmoreland. Several grandchildren and great grandchildren also survive.
