Century Mold Company Incorporated has acquired Integrity Injection Molding, the molding division of Integrity Tool & Mold, based in Pulaski. 

Leaders of Century Mold Company said the acquisition strengthens their capabilities in precision, high tonnage presses, and in response to rising North America demand for these capabilities.

The deal also aligns with the company’s strategic growth objectives, including expanded capacity in the southeast, operational efficiency and business segment diversification.

The acquisition adds 75,000 square feet to Century Mold Company’s operational space.

Century Mold is an injection molder serving the automotive, military, industrial and consumer markets.
