Pulaski Electric Service announced an application is available to report service outages and assure customers that PES linemen crews are on the way to restore service.

Name of the application is Smart Hub, which can be downloaded on iOS and Android devices.

When a person registers their account on the app as a new user they can monitor how much electricity being used daily, pay bill 24 hours a day and easily report an outage without getting a busy signal.

On Smart Hub app, select the red lightning bolt icon in the upper right corner, then Report Electric Outage, your account number, and add a note in the comments field and select Submit.

Once an outage has been identified, dispatch calls in a crew to begin the restoration process.

As soon as a PES crew has left to restore power, a yellow hard hat will be placed on the map. PES linemen will work to get power restored as soon as they can with safety being the first priority.

For assistance in getting the SmartHub account set-up call 363-2522, option 1; or stop by the Pulaski Electric Office with your smart phone Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
