Come meet a local author Thursday afternoon at the Giles County Library.

Author Kannon E. Graves, a sixth grader  at Elkton School will talk to kids, teens, and all aspiring writers about how he put together and published his own book.

"The Chrismas Miracle of 1914" is a fictional book  that included World War II history.

It was twelve-year-old Graves interest in World War I and  II that gave him the idea to put pen to paper.

He will be answering questions and signing his book beginning at 4 p.m.

Books are available for checkout at the library plus  Lynnville and Elkton branches.

The event is hosted by the GCPL Teen Creative Club.
