An Elkton man is being held in the Giles County jail on forgery charges.

Joey Holt, 52, was arrested Wednesday on 3 counts of forgery plus Violation of Probation.

He is presently being held in the Giles County Jail without bond on probation violation and bond of $3500 each was set on the 3 forgery charges.

Court date for Holt is February 5 at 8 a.m.

Giles County Sheriff's Department Scott Nations was the arresting officer.

Others arrested were Ambrea Cheatham, 25, of Pulaski, charged with Violations of Probation in General Sessions Court.

She is being held in the Giles County Jail without bond and court date is set for February 5.

Arresting officer was Aaron Boyd of the Giles County Sheriff's Department.
