A Giles County man has entered a plea agreement with the District Attorney's office in the shooting of his ex-wife and another victim plus attacking them during a car chase in June 2018 through Giles and Marshall Counties.

Jordon Hindman, 27, pled guilty to two accounts of attempted second-degree murder, vandalism and aggravated burglary.  Other charges were not prosecuted under the plea agreement.

The two attempted second-degree murder charges are Class B felonies that carry sentences of eight to 30 years with fines up to $25,000. Under the plea agreement both charges will be served concurrently.

The vandalism and burglary charges are a Class C felony, which carries a sentence of three to 15 years with a fine up to $10,000 and will be served concurrently with other charges.

Hindman remains free under his current bond restrictions until the sentencing hearing.
