Tennessee Highway Patrol arrested Walter Reed, 23, of Alabama, on Tuesday and charged him with Theft of Property and Driving while license was revoked.

He is being held in the Giles County Jail in lieu of $6,000 bond.

Reed is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Jan. 29.
