A Tennessee prisoner charged with the death of his cellmate is now being held in the Wayne County Jail without bond.

Thirty-nine year old Billy Earl McIllwain was indicted on a charge of second-degree murder, after 51 year old Fidencio Perez died of injuries, due to an altercation with McIllwain in their cell at the South Central Correctional Facility in Clifton.

McIllwain was already serving a life sentence for first degree murder, assault and weapons charges. His cellmate, Perez was imprisoned on several drug counts.
