Four Arrested on Felony Charges

Four people have been arrested in Giles County on felony charges.
Bethany Janeese Robbins, 34, was arrested Thursday. She is being charged with fraud to obtain benefits or payment for medical assistance. Robbins was released on $10,000 bond and is set to appear in court March 25.
Kelsey Taylor Walls, 20, was arrested Friday. He is being charged with vandalism. Walls was released on $1000 bond and is set to appear in court March 25.
Joseph Eugene Bowen, 25, was arrested Friday. He is being charged with violation of probation for both general sessions and circuit court. This is Bowen's third arrest for violation of probation this week. He is being held without bond and will appear in court March 25.
Lacy Frank Walls, III, 38, was arrested Friday on charges of aggravated burglary. Walls was released on $15,000 bond and is set to appear in court March 25.
