School Board to Meet This Evening

The Giles County School Board will meet this evening in their regular monthly session.
Among the items that will be discussed will be an update from Randall Bennett, of the Tennessee School Boards Association. He is expected to make his organization’s recommendations for the director of schools position.
There are seventeen candidates for the position, including four from Giles County.
This meeting of the board of education will be held at 5:00 p.m. at the central office and is open to the public.
