Three Arrested on Felony Charges Posted on February 13, 2013
Three people have been arrested in Giles County on felony charges.
John Scott Baker, age 29, was arrested yesterday for violation of sex offender registry laws. According to the Tennessee Sex Offender Registry, he was convicted of statutory rape in 2004. Baker is being held without bond and will attend court February 19.
James Antiarios Stanback, age 29, was arrested yesterday on two counts of theft of property and driving while license is suspended, cancelled, or revoked. He is being held on $3000 bond and will face the charges in court on February 21.
James Michael Gowder, Jr., was arrested today on two counts of burglary, theft of property, possession of burglary tools, and vandalism. He is being held on $13,000 bond and will attend court February 21.
