Dryer Fire Damages Pulaski Home

A dryer was completely destroyed by fire and a home sustained an estimated $8,000 in damages yesterday (Sunday).
Pulaski Fire Department Chief Don Collins said flames were visible when he entered the utility area of the home at 1360 Meadowbrook Drive, just after 3 p.m.
Positive pressure fans were used by firefighters to help remove some of the heavy smoke that permeated throughout the home, which is owned and occupied by Rebecca Brooks.
Firefighters were able to contain the fire to the utility area, Collins said.
