Mrs. Helen Rose Strickland Posted on February 04, 2013
Mrs. Helen Rose Strickland of Pulaski passed away Saturday mornng, February 2, 2013, at Meadowbrook Rehab Facility in Pulaski. She was born in Pulaski, Tennessee. She was a member of the East Hill Church of Christ, a former employee of Morris Harwell & Son, and was 86 years old.
Visitation will be 3 o’clock until 7 oclock Sunday, February 3, 2013, at
Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 1 o’clock Monday, 02/04/2013, in the chapel of Bennett May Giies County Funeral Home with.Bro. Paul Sam and Bro. Mark Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Giles Memory Gardens.
Memorial donations are suggested to the East Hill Church of Christ Building Fund or to the Memphis School of Preaching % 509 E. Madison Street Pulaski, TN 38478.
She is survived by her:
Son, Dennis Strickland of Giles County
Daughters, Janice Strickland Motter (and husband Charles), Jeanette Strickland Skeets (husband Terry) both of Giles County
Marsha Strickland Callahan (husband Carl Edward, Jr.) of Pulaski
Brother, Raymond Rose Jr (wife Zady) of Pulaski
Sisters; Shelby Jean Rose Hall (husband Fred) of Franklin
Linda Rose Butler husband Jimmy) of Giles County
Grandchildren, Lance Patterson, Richard Skeets, Tracy Smith, Carrie S. Johnson, Jessie S. Whitworth, Lesley Latroix, Chance Motet Carla Callahan, Erica Callahan, Amee Rose Durham, and Jaime Strickland.
4 great-grandchildren also survive.
